This is my first post on here. It has been a desire of mine to start a blog to help others who are struggling with similar battles. I am new to this, so it will probably take me a little while to get the hang of this and get the ball rolling.

Why did I choose Faith Over Fear? My faith in Jesus Christ has brought me through the toughest times in my life, even the times I did not realize He was carrying me. I want to share my story a little at a time to help me heal and hopefully to help someone else. Back to the “why.” Fear is from the enemy and will get you nowhere. Ephesians 2:8-9 in the NIV translation tells us, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves; it is the gift of God—not by work, so that no one can boast.” This grace through faith, wow! Am I really deserving of that? Yes, I am, and so are you.
